Artist Bios

Amanda 2020 is a Canadian Artist. Originally from Quebec, Amanda 2020 resides in Eastern Ontario on a 44 acre farm.
She is a self taught artist whose foundation work is acrylic pouring . Her work is impressionistic with intricate line work. All of Amanda 2020 – Artist’s work is done by pouring paint onto the canvas, moving the canvas around to spread the paint then she uses blocks of wood to move the paint, sticks to etch through the paint and straws to blow the paint. Rarely does she use a paint brush.

I hand make many items including dogs/cats/characters holding a solar lantern as well as seasonal characters, rustic trays, porch leaners and so much more. I hand cut, sand, stain/paint and seal all products so you can enjoy your one of a kind piece for many years. I also offer custom work.

The Brockville Boomerang Club, established by a father and son in 2019, is Canada’s only club promoting this unique sport. We are a free club, starting at age 9, but our free school demos allow us to get students of all ages out throwing. Modern returning boomerangs come in all shapes, sizes and materials. They are used in a variety of events like endurance, fast catch and accuracy. It’s a magical sport and the only sport where YOU are the TARGET.

Artist and instructor, Rose (a.k.a Ms. Rose) offers a variety of beginner-friendly art classes for children and adults at her cozy home-based art studio in Chesterville, Ontario.

With gently-guided instruction and a focus on enjoying the creative process, Dreaming Heart classes are not technical in nature; but rather provide opportunities to play, explore, experiment, and express oneself through art-making.
