Makayla Thompson is an artist born and raised in Chesterville. Her career as a florist brings daily inspiration to her paintings, normally depicting flowers, plants, and animals. Makayla has always been surrounded by creative women and has recently taken interest in fiber art, specifically crochet, as a way to cherish the tradition handed down to her by her mother and grandmother.
Her booth will feature her own original watercolour paintings, prints, and cards. Unique crochet and knit items, jewelry, and more – all handmade with love by herself, mother Patty, and sister Veronica.
