Founded in 2020, A Cup of Kindness Tea Company curates high quality organic tea leaves and creates unique blends and herbal infusions. Local herbs included when possible.
The name Cup of Kindness Tea Company means two things: Be kind to yourself while relaxing and enjoying tea; and be kind to animals as a portion of every tea sale is donated to animals in need.

Alex lives in Eastern Ontario and studied Painting and Drawing at Concordia University in Montreal. Her preferred subjects include folklore, wildlife, and the countryside around her. Her mediums of choice are linoleum printing, oil paint, and ink.

Amanda 2020 is a Canadian Artist. Originally from Quebec, Amanda 2020 resides in Eastern Ontario on a 44 acre farm.
She is a self taught artist whose foundation work is acrylic pouring . Her work is impressionistic with intricate line work. All of Amanda 2020 – Artist’s work is done by pouring paint onto the canvas, moving the canvas around to spread the paint then she uses blocks of wood to move the paint, sticks to etch through the paint and straws to blow the paint. Rarely does she use a paint brush.

So smooth and delicious, our flavours are sure to make you sigh and Mmmmmmm with delight. We’ll also be offering fresh pressed fruit and vegetable juices with no added sugar.

We are a small family farm south of Finch.  At Brighter with Blooms we grow perennials and annuals flowers.  All our flowers are cared for with no chemicals or pesticides.
Careful attention, time, love and passion goes into every flower. You will only find locally grown flowers so you can take home the freshest bouquet possible.
We host events on our farm where you get to learn about the flowers we grow, how to harvest, and design a bouquet to take home.  Come enjoy the outdoors surrounded my flowers and their pollinators.

The Brockville Boomerang Club, established by a father and son in 2019, is Canada’s only club promoting this unique sport. We are a free club, starting at age 9, but our free school demos allow us to get students of all ages out throwing. Modern returning boomerangs come in all shapes, sizes and materials. They are used in a variety of events like endurance, fast catch and accuracy. It’s a magical sport and the only sport where YOU are the TARGET.

Jen has been making jewelry for 20 years. She’s always loved shiny things and producing them makes her so happy. Jen is a military spouse and has only lived in Chesterville for 2 years but loves the change in life living here.

Caro Galand is an independent painter inspired by nature and life. Her works in acrylic on canvas or wood are realistic. She likes to capture beauty and moments of happiness. She is first and foremost a cardiology nurse  at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. She was touched by the fragility of life. She has an imagination to want to capture scenes of nature from life, since she is captivated by it. Her works are filled with places and life experiences that have marked her. She capture the historic places and traditions that have shaped her region and its culture.

Carrie has been painting and selling her paintings for fifty years in four countries and her work experience covers murals, illustrations, writing, instruction in most painting mediums and the showing and selling of oil paintings and prints. Carrie paints almost exclusively in oils: her landscapes and rural portraits that reflect the quiet countryside of eastern Ontario.

Leslie Chandler is a freelance visual artist whose artwork ranges from photo-realistic to abstract contemporary and contemporary impressionism. All of it best expresses her experience outdoors in Canada’s great natural beauty. 

She is deeply moved by God’s artistry, the awe felt when exploring beaches, forests, lakes, mountains of the Pacific and Atlantic coastlines, the endless prairie wheat fields, the Laurentians’ spectacular fall colours or the majestic Northern night skies, all equally matched by their magnificent flowers, plants, and animals. She sees everything as a concept illustration that points her to God.

Custom models can also be made! Alicia loves to make bath bombs for children (we have pikachu, unicorns, mermaid tails, etc.), and even some with toys inside! And Sam makes shower steamers transforms your shower into a spa. With the money from this business, Sam has invested in tools and is now making some woodworking creations that we may  bring too. We are very small so no website or insta (mommy lacks time to advertise haha!).

Jennifer Holmes, owner of Harry Tatter’s Art Company is located in Spencerville, ON. She is a self taught artist, creating artwork for over 20 years. From a young age, Tom Thompson and the Group of Seven have been her inspirations. She focuses on captivating acrylic nature landscapes expressing feeling through colour, contrast and light. When she is not painting she is capturing the likeness of a lost one, in pencil portraits. Formally working as a nurse, art is now art therapy and her main focus. Abstract techniques can be seen in her intuitive pieces and is a exploratory path of interest. Within in Harry Tatter’s Art Company, Jennifer also creates with wild grapevine, fabric and mixed media during the Fall/Winter seasons. Her work has been displayed in Ottawa, Cornwall, Smiths Falls and Kingston in various art markets year round.

Using my creativity is my path to mirror and sing the vital role our beautiful sacred spaces and life forms play in the circle of life. This is done with paint, paper, canvas, graphite, markers, branches, beads, prose, fabric, and photography; whatever inspires me for the project at hand. Expect to find paintings, photographs, mixed media work, hand crafted cards, and functional and upcycled projects where art meets function; where an item destined for the land fill is reclaimed and resuscitated for reuse. Born in Tetbury, Gloucestershire in 1946 and currently living in Canada, Jane was inspired to start painting seriously when she spent three months with the Inuit people in a small hamlet, Cape Dorset, in Nunavut in the Canadian Arctic in 2005.  She felt very privileged to meet the Inuit people many of whom are artists and carvers in their own right, and has made several other trips to Nunavut since.

She is also inspired by, and greatly attracted to, the natural creation around her. For instance she likes to paint quirky subjects such as octopuses, musk oxen and recently many sheep. Jane has primarily worked as a dance professional for the last fifty plus years in England, Canada and the Central African Republic and is a member of the worldwide Baha’i community. 

I was a RN in NICU at CHEO for many years raising 2 daughters on my own. Upon retiring , I wanted to see if I could paint….and to my surprise, I could. I picked up a paintbrush and have yet to put it down. I describe my art as realism with a hint of fantasy.

Kat is a self taught artist with a primary focus on paintings. As is the mind of an artist, she is forever trying new things to create in many other mediums. When not in the studio she can be found, with a camera in hand capturing new ideas for the canvas. Her work can be found hanging on clients’ walls as far away as Australia. She is forever grateful for the ability to create works that can be enjoyed by others.

Mack’s Peppers is an urban farm focused on providing unique and rare pepper plants, seeds, and pods grown in North Dundas, Ontario. We also offer various crocheted items, and hand crafted goods.

I am a local artist born and raised in Chesterville. I love to create watercolour paintings in a unique mosaic style showcasing flowers, plants, and animals. I offer my paintings as standard prints, postcards, or greeting cards. A recent passion of mine has been crochet, an art taught to me by my mom Patty. We share patterns and tips to create plush animals, mittens and slippers, hair accessories, and other fiber art gift items.

As my art mainly focuses on nature, it is important to me that as I create, I am focused on doing my part for the environment. I work very hard to use recycled material (including my yarn and stuffing!), sustainably source what I can, and have near zero waste.

Marie is a self taught acrylic artist whose art generates emotion through bold colours and various scenic scenes.

I started crafting as far back as I can remember. From the age of 4, you would always find me with scissors and glue making something…anything! My passion for crafting jewelry started when I was 7 years old. Do you remember those friendship bracelets that everyone made when they were a kid in the 90s? Well, I was obsessed with making them and sharing what I made with everyone… for a price of course LOL!! I used to give them to my mom to sell at her work for 50 cents just so I could make money to buy candy. Turns out it was my mom buying them all, lol! I guess I always knew what my calling was! 

Flash forward to 2013, my passion for jewelry making evolved and I started doing wire wrapped jewelry. I am a self taught jewelry artist and I love to see where the wire takes me. It very quickly became an addiction, and I starting making jewelry for other people almost instantly. I began showcasing my work at craft shows and social media, and thankfully, people really liked my stuff. As a mom of 2 beautiful children, making sure that I kept up my crafting was difficult but important. My jewelry is made of semi-precious stones, crystals and stainless steel wire. Stainless steel is also a low maintenance metal. It doesn’t tarnish, stain your skin, and it’s hypoallergenic. On occasion, you’ll see me use copper as well or even mixing the 2 wires into a piece. Creativity is endless…

Power of Three Candles offers hand poured, natural soy wax candles. We have a wide variety of 20 divine fragrances in glass vessels. The wood burned bamboo lids as well as the candle labels are designed and made by us! We have been crafting candles since 2021 and are based in Prescott, ON.

Samurai Arts Academy (SAA) has been operating in the heart of Metcalfe, Ontario since 2017 under the mentorship of Shihan Dwayne Diamond. The SAA Team has expanded and now offers services to the residents of North Dundas Township and surrounding communities. We offer traditional jiu-jitsu classes to kids and adults as well as kickboxing. Our school is focused on discipline, respect and leadership. Students learn in a very strict and structured environment.

Beth Ann grew up in Kemptville, Ontario in a rural setting, surrounded by music, books, movies, gardens and forest. Her father worked from home as a mortgage specialist, and her mother worked as a librarian. Both her parents cultivated her interest in the arts through their respective side projects and interests in painting, photography and incredible gardens. They also let her explore endlessly the natural surroundings of their home, and much time was spent with the flora and fauna that she grew to love and cherish.

Beth Ann attended Georgian College’s School of Design and Visual Arts in Barrie, Ontario. She earned a two-year diploma in Jewellery and Metals technician, followed by a one year post graduate diploma in Goldsmithing and Silversmithing. After raising children of her own, Beth Ann decided to step back into the art world and resurrect her skills and education. She specializes in using found objects from her natural surroundings to create one-of-a-kind pieces from recycled sterling silver using primitive casting techniques such as sandcasting and cuttlefish bone casting. She has also expanded her interest in the world of clay, creating hand painted clay jewellery and wearable art. These methods are the way she navigates both her visual and tactile experiences as she moves through the world.

I took my first fusing class in 2019 and have been hooked ever since. Studios which offer classes are few and far between, which led to the purchase of my own kiln. I created glass in a crowded, dark section of my basement until 2021, when my husband turned our main floor family room into a beautiful and bright studio in our country home, next to the creek.
