Thank you for your interest in participating in Art on the Waterfront, a vibrant outdoor festival showcasing local artists and artisans.
Event Details:
- Date: June 7, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Setup: Between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Important: Artist & Vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by 9:00 AM. Let’s work together to welcoming more visitors.
- Reminders: NO Parking is allowed in the Pharmacy parking lot.
Booth Information:
- We offer 10ft x 10ft spaces on the lower level of the waterfront (covered) or on the street (first-come, first-served).
- You are responsible for providing your own tent (with weights for stability), table(s), chair(s), and any other display materials.
- All tables must be covered with a tablecloth reaching the floor.
- Vendors are responsible for keeping their booths clean and disposing of garbage properly.
Food Vendor Regulations:
- Please review the EOHU Special Events Information for Temporary Food Vendors
- Complete the required Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) Special Events form.
Additional Information:
- Face painting is provided by the festival in the children’s area. No other face painters are permitted.
- Bake sales are not allowed.
- Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
