Important Information for Artists & Vendors

Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in participating in Art on the Waterfront, a vibrant outdoor festival showcasing local artists and artisans.

Event Details:

  • Date: June 7, 2025
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Setup: Between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM 
  • Important: Artist & Vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area by 9:00 AM. Let’s work together to welcoming more visitors.
  • Reminders: NO Parking is allowed in the Pharmacy parking lot.

Booth Information:

  • We offer 10ft x 10ft spaces on the lower level of the waterfront (covered) or on the street (first-come, first-served).
  • You are responsible for providing your own tent (with weights for stability), table(s), chair(s), and any other display materials.
  • All tables must be covered with a tablecloth reaching the floor.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their booths clean and disposing of garbage properly.

Additional Information:

  • Face painting is provided by the festival in the children’s area. No other face painters are permitted.
  • Bake sales are not allowed.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurance.
