Thank you to everyone who applied to be a vendor! We’re thrilled to announce that all vendor spots are now full.

However, we’re still accepting applications for our waitlist.

Event Details:
• Date: June 7, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Registration:
• Please complete the online registration form below
• You will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions upon approval.
• Cost is $50.00

What to Expect:
• Dedicated Space: You will be assigned a 10ft x 10ft space located on the street or the lower level of the Waterfront.
• Bring Your Own Equipment: Please bring your own tent, tent weights (mandatory), tables, chairs, and any other necessary equipment for your booth.
• Handmade with heart: All items sold at the festival must be home/hand-made, proudly produced by you and/or your family.
• Fun & Engaging Atmosphere: Connect with the community and fellow artists while showcasing your work.
• High Foot Traffic: Get your creations seen by a large audience of potential customers.

 

Important Information for Food Vendors:
All food vendors must also adhere to the EOHU Special Events Information for Temporary Food Vendors and complete the required Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) Special Events form.
