Thank you for being part of Art on the Waterfront in past years—your creativity and commitment helped make the festival what it is today. We’d love to see you back in Chesterville on June 6!

Event Details:

  • Date: June 6, 2026
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Registration: Please note that we are tightening up our application closing dates this year. We encourage you to register early to ensure your participation.

  • Process: You will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions upon approval.
  • Cost: $50.00

What to Expect & Important Safety Updates:

  • Dedicated Space: You will be assigned a 10ft x 10ft space located on the street or the lower level of the Waterfront.
  • Bring Your Own Equipment: Please bring your own tent, tables, chairs, and any other necessary equipment for your booth.
  • MANDATORY SAFETY REQUIREMENT: Due to safety regulations, all tents must be secured with a minimum of 40 lbs (18 kg) of weight. This will be strictly enforced.
  • Handmade with Heart: All items sold at the festival must be home/hand-made, proudly produced by you and/or your family.

Important Information for Food Vendors:
All food vendors must also adhere to the EOHU Special Events Information for Temporary Food Vendors and
complete the required Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) Special Events form.
