General Questions

Art on the Waterfront takes place the first weekend of June each year in beautiful downtown Chesterville, Ontario. The next festival will take place June 7-8, 2025. We hope to see you there!
Washrooms are in The Gathering House, Louis Restaurant, MacEwan's gas station, and the community hall in the music/bar area on Mill and Victoria Street.
No. We are up and running rain or shine.

Found items are kept at The Gathering House located at 2 Water Street in Chesterville, ON. Items can be picked up during open hours of the festival. After the festival, patrons can contact The Gathering House at 613-448-1304 or info@artonthewaterfront. ca to inquire about missing items.

For All Artists & Vendors

All Artists receive a 10ft x 10ft booth space.
Artists/vendors must be set up, open and ready to go by 10:00 am both days (set-up from 8:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m.), therefore you will need to be there early enough to be ready on time. Closing time is 4:00 p.m. (weather dependent). Volunteers will be on hand in the morning to help direct you to your spot.
You must bring your own tent, tables and chairs as we do not provide them. A reminder to also please bring four weights (not bungee cords) to secure your tent against wind.
Please make cheques payable to Art on the Waterfront. Cheques can be mailed to Art on the Waterfront, 13335 County Road 13, Morewood, Ontario, K0C 2K0. You can also e-transfer us at payment@artonthewaterfront.ca. Payment must be received by May 24, 2025, to guarantee a spot. You will receive an email letting you know if your application has been approved, but you will not be considered registered until payment is received
Please check the site map for the festival. It will provide you with valuable information, including the location of your booth.
Artist/Vendor parking is in three areas: - Pharmacy parking lot (against the grass lot, NOT against the pharmacy as that is reserved for their customers); - The Gathering House parking lot, off Water Street; and, - The Mike Deans/Louis Restaurant parking lot against the vacant building (NOT on the side of Mike Deans, as that is reserved for their customers).
No, you can not share a booth space with another artist/vendor.
Yes, overnight security monitors the venue. Art on the Waterfront is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
