Sew Pretty by Mak is a local, handmade brand based in Kemptville, ON. Founded in 2021 by me, Makayla Barrette.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from being a small business owner, it’s that supporting local is essential, especially during a pandemic.
During the day you can find me in a Kindergarten class. I am an RECE and work within UCDSB. I adore my career teaching but I also love to design and to be creative. Sew Pretty is an outlet for me to show off my artistic side while creating products that my customers love!
