Please read the EOHU Special Events Information for Temporary Food Vendors. All food vendors must also fill out an Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) Special Events form.
Please also email info@artonthewaterfront.ca three photos, along with a featured image/logo to be used on our “Artist Bios” website page.
Please make cheques payable to Art on the Waterfront. Cheques can be mailed to the address below. You can also e-transfer us at payment@artonthewaterfront.ca. Payment must be received by May 24, 2024, to guarantee a spot. You will receive an email letting you know if your application has been approved, but you will not be considered registered until payment is received. items sold at the festival must be home/hand-made (produced by you or your family).
Cost – $50.00 total (for one or two days)
- one spot for 10′ x 10′ tent (tent not included) on the lower level of the Waterfront or on the street.
- artists/vendors must be open and ready to go by 10:00 am both days, therefore you will need to arrive early enough to set-up to be open on time.
- NOTE: TENTS, TABLES AND CHAIRS ARE NOT PROVIDED – YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN.
- A reminder to please bring four weights (not bungee cords) to secure your tent again wind. Note that tent weights will become mandatory next year.
